Key Responsibilities: Front Desk Operations: + Serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff by creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere. + Answer and redirect incoming phone calls, emails, and other inquiries while ensuring a high level of customer service. + Manage and maintain the appearance of the reception area to uphold a polished and organized workspace. + Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and courier services efficiently throughout the day. Administrative Support: + Provide general administrative support, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing documents. + Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining records to ensure smooth office operations. + Support scheduling and setup of meetings, conference rooms, and events, including coordinating logistics and materials. + Help organize office supplies and track inventory, placing orders as needed to avoid shortages. Requirements + High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate or bachelor's degree is a plus. + 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative role, ideally in a professional office environment. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required. + Familiarity with phone systems, scheduling tools, or CRM platforms is a plus. + Comfortable learning and navigating new software and office technologies. + Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent verbal and written communication skills. + Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while staying detail-oriented and organized. + Proactive problem-solving skills with a flexible and adaptable mindset. + Team-oriented attitude with the ability to work independently when needed.
