Our client, a not-for-profit regulatory organization, is currently searching for a dynamic and skilled Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join their team for a full-time 3 - month contract. This individual will provide temporary support for the organization's HR & Facilities department, specifically managing the reception desk and providing front-line service to staff and visitors.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Providing customer service support via phone and email, as well as receiving and signing in all office visitors
Administrative duties such as filing, scanning, data entry, and processing both incoming and outgoing mail
Supporting the Manager, Office and Facilities with building maintenance needs, office seating plan, inventory control tracking, stationery ordering and maintaining our coffee program and supply of fresh fruit and snacks
Assisting with other adhoc projects and tasks as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, AND COMPETENCIES:
2+ years of previous receptionist/front desk experience in a professional environment
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Problem-solving and organizational skills
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs
Exceptional relationship-building skills
Diploma or degree is preferred but not required
