**Job Summary and Qualifications**
The Receptionist performs administrative duties for office and individuals.
**What qualifications you will need:**
+ High school diploma or GED required
+ Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration preferred
+ Experience as an Administrative Assistant, Receptionist, or related role preferred
+ Ability to work in a fast paced, high stress environment required
+ Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills required
+ High level of proficiency with MS Office products including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required
**What you will do in this role:**
+ Greet guests and handle various administrative details with initiative and good judgment.
+ Provide general administrative support including answering multiple phone lines, filing, making copies, scanning, faxing, handling travel arrangements, scheduling meetings, submitting expense reports, reserve meeting rooms for various department directors.
+ Send, receive and distribute mail and packages from USPS, UPS, Fed-Ex, interoffice courier, update employee mailbox, and name plates.
+ Answer inquiries and/or refer callers/visitors to appropriate person/department.
+ Order office supplies, flowers, toner cartridges, return used cartridges and Xerox supplies.
+ Place service requests to TriStar Help Desk, placing service calls for copiers and printers, etc.
+ Assist with division event planning such as Christmas, division cookouts, etc.
+ Keep kitchen, supply room, copy room, lobby, and meeting rooms stocked and tidy.
+ Initiate resolution of all physical office concerns (i.e., A/C and heating complaints, carpet cleaning, pest control, lighting, key-making, etc.).
+ Update the division roster and Outlook Division distribution list.
+ Record Management with Iron Mountain (File Storage, Log and Destruction).
+ Practice and adhere to the “Code of Conduct” philosophy and “Mission and Value Statement”.
+ Maintain strictest confidentiality.
