Description We are looking for a diligent Receptionist to join a team in Malvern, Pennsylvania, United States. You will be the initial point of contact for our office, handling inbound calls and utilizing office software. This role offers a short-term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities: • Acting as the first point of contact for all incoming telephone calls • Efficiently redirecting calls to the appropriate team members • Utilizing Microsoft Office Suites for various administrative tasks • Maintaining a high level of professionalism and clear communication • Utilizing basic office skills to ensure smooth daily operations Requirements • Possess basic office skills including administrative tasks, organization, and time management. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. • Experience with managing inbound telephone calls, including transferring calls and taking messages. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with clients and team members.
