This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with strong communication and organizational skills, who is fluent in both English and Spanish. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will play an integral role in providing exceptional customer service while handling a variety of administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities: + Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner. + Answer and direct phone calls, ensuring accurate message taking and prompt follow-up. + Manage appointment scheduling and assist with calendar coordination. + Handle general office tasks such as filing, data entry, scanning, and faxing. + Maintain a clean and organized reception area. Requirements Qualifications: + Bilingual in Spanish and English (spoken and written). + Prior receptionist or customer service experience preferred. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). + Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
