Our client, A well-established private equity firm in Boston is seeking a Lead Receptionist/General Office Coordinator to ensure a professional and well-organized office environment. This role is ideal for a proactive and detail-oriented individual with strong communication and organizational skills. This position pays $26 an hour and is onsite Monday-Friday from 8am-5:30pm.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the first point of contact, greeting and seating guests professionally.Answer and direct phone calls with excellent phone etiquette.Manage conference room scheduling and setup.Oversee office supply and kitchen inventory, placing orders as needed.Maintain office cleanliness and organization, including supply rooms and common areas.Submit and monitor building maintenance requests and work orders.Collect and distribute daily mail.

Qualifications:

Strong customer service and receptionist experience.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to handle clerical tasks and maintain a professional environment.Comfortable with physical tasks such as walking, standing, lifting, and bending as needed.Previous experience in an office setting preferred.
