Kforce has a client in Jacksonville, FL that is looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to join our team. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Receptionist will greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a polite and professional manner
* Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments or individuals
* Manage the scheduling of appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings
* Maintain a clean and organized reception area
* Provide general administrative support, including filing, faxing, and data entry
* Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
* As a Receptionist, you will assist with office supply inventory and ordering when necessary
* Perform other clerical duties, such as photocopying and scanning documents
* Ensure that office security protocols are followed, including visitor sign-in and issuance of badges
* Coordinate with maintenance and housekeeping staff to ensure a clean and functional office environment
