Our client, a private equity firm, is seeking a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join their NYC team. The hours are 8:30am-4:30pm and they are in the office 5 days a week.
Responsibilities:
Answer phones, take messages, and direct calls to appropriate partiesGreet and direct guests, book conference rooms, and coordinate guest passes with securitySet up/clean up conference rooms and order cateringManage the kitchen area, assist with mail services, and process catering invoices with accounts payableArrange travel and process related expenses for executivesLiaise with Office Manager on inventory
Qualifications:
1-2+ years of experience, preferably in professional servicesBachelor's degree requiredProficient in Microsoft OfficeExcellent written and verbal communication skills
Compensation/Benefits:
