Our client, a private grantmaking organization, is seeking a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant in their midtown office. The hours are 8am-6pm and this is a four-day work week Monday-Thursday with Friday off entirely.

Responsibilities:

Handle phonelines, greet and manage visitors and prepare conference roomsSupport the program staff with calendar management and communicating with external partnersHandle mail, deliveries, and packagesBook travel (cars, flights, hotels)Coordinate catering and order office suppliesPrepare documents, file, perform research and complete ad hoc duties as needed

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree preferred2+ years of experienceProficient in Microsoft Office Suit and Google SuiteGreat attention to detail and organization skillsMust be tech savvy

Compensation/Benefits:
