Our client, a private equity firm, is seeking a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join their NYC team. The hours are 8am-5pm (flex needed) and this role is hybrid with Monday - Thursday in the office and Friday remote.
Responsibilities:
Manage phone lines and reception area, greet guestsProvide travel support for the Deal Team and process expense reportsMonitor and maintain conference room schedule and assist video conferencing needsMake catering orders and execute set up; take care of mail and packagesOrder kitchen/office supplies and oversee inventoryPerform ad hoc duties as needed and run personal errands
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree preferred1-3+ years' experience in a support roleProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)Strong communication and client facing skills
Compensation/Benefits:
