Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

We are seeking an articulate and professional Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join a condominium management office in West Palm Beach. This role is perfect for a self-starter who can think on their feet and work independently. You will primarily be working alone in the management office, with occasional presence from the property manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the first point of contact for residents and visitors, providing excellent customer service.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
Maintain organized records and files.
Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry and document preparation.
Handle light lifting tasks (up to 25 lbs), such as moving paper supplies.
Ensure the office is tidy and presentable.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent.
3-5 years of a combination of educational and professional experience, or just professional experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Ability to work independently and efficiently.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
