Receptionist / Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities:Answer and transfer incoming calls using a multi-line switchboard.Greet walk-in customers, providing assistance and directing them to the appropriate person or department.Sort, stamp, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.Order office supplies, maintain stock levels, and ensure the stockroom is organized.Arrange courier pick-ups for small packages and coordinate deliveries.Oversee maintenance and troubleshooting for office equipment (printers, copiers, etc.).Maintain organized and accurate data entry for customer records and the accounting department.Provide general administrative support, including filing, document preparation, and maintaining office records.Assist with ad-hoc tasks and special projects as needed.
Qualifications:2 plus years of Reception / Administrative Assistant experience. Good communicator with strong interpersonal and customer service skills.Proficient in data entry and managing detailed records.Professional and courteous phone etiquette.Visitor management skills, including greeting and directing customers professionally.Strong administrative skills including mail management, scheduling, and supply ordering.Multitasking capabilities, able to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision.Quick learner, able to adapt to new tasks and procedures efficiently.Reliable transportation (due to limited public transit access to the office location).
