Brook Street Ltd is pleased to announce a temporary available position within the National Probation Service, based primarily in the Fareham office. This role is a full-time, on-site temporary contract with a standard schedule of Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, including a 1-hour lunch break. Additional shifts until 7:00 PM may be required on a rota basis once or twice per week.

Providing essential administrative support to ensure smooth operations.Following set procedures and exercising independent judgement under general supervision.Tasks include but are not limited to:Answering calls on a busy reception from various agencies, including people on probation.Scanning documents and updating offender records.Signing in visitors.Reporting maintenance jobs.Adhering to building health and safety protocols.Performing ad-hoc administrative tasks for Probation Practitioners and Managers.Requirements:
Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, with the ability to adapt to various software and systems.Effective Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with colleagues, visitors, and agency representatives.Organisation and Time Management: Ability to multitask, prioritise tasks, and work efficiently to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing role is desirable, demonstrating your ability to engage with diverse stakeholders effectively.If you are a proactive individual with strong administrative skills and a commitment to supporting the National Probation Service, we encourage you to apply for this opportunity.
