Job Description
We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Receptionist and Customer Success Representative to join our team. In this role, you will greet visitors, educate them on our products, and assist with orders. You will handle inbound and outbound calls to both new and existing customers, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved. Additionally, you will maintain a clean and welcoming reception area and perform other duties as assigned.
ResponsibilitiesGreet visitors and educate them on company products.Process orders and assist customers with purchases and troubleshooting.Handle inbound and outbound calls to new and existing customers.Maintain a clean and tidy reception desk and lobby area.Perform other duties as assigned.Essential SkillsExperience in front desk operations, customer service, and sales.Proficiency in data entry.Familiarity with Slack, Shopify, and Zendesk.Additional Skills & QualificationsPassion for health and wellness.Natural relationship-building skills.Growth mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt.Collaborative spirit and enjoyment of working in a team environment.Strong problem-solving skills and positive attitude.Comfortable using Google Drive, Docs, and Sheets for organizing information and tracking progress.Work Environment
The work environment includes time split between the reception desk and an office space upstairs. This role offers the opportunity to transition to a permanent position with excellent benefits.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00
