**RECEPTIONIST - CORPORATE OFFICE (WILLMAR, MN)** **To save time applying, Hormel Foods does not offer sponsorship of job applicants for employment-based visas for this position at this time.** Work Week: Monday - Thursday, 7:30am - 4:30pm, Friday 7:30am - 3:30pm Relocation is not eligible for this role. **Job Responsibilities** 1. Provide customer service to our internal and external customers in a courtesy manner. 2. Open and/or close switchboard and front doors in accordance with established work schedule. 3. Answer and operate multiple-call telephone switchboard in a friendly and respectful manner and forward calls to the appropriate person or location. Paging may be done often to locate employees. 4. Greet all visitors in a professional manner and ensure company security policy and practices are followed. 5. Monitor door security screens and provide approved entry into building and signatures for external deliveries from UPS, Fed-Ex, and Speedee. 6. Post and update the internal and external message board. 7. Perform a variety of clerical duties and projects as instructed by Manager. 8. Manages the conference rooms and company pool vehicle databases and reservations. 9. Works closely with the human resources team on projects, other clerical duties. **Minimum Qualifications** + Customer service attitude + Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks + Demonstrated proficiency in the Windows Suites, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. + Demonstrated organizational skills + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment handling multiple tasks simultaneously **Preferred Qualifications** + Bi-lingual candidate in Spanish and English + Receptionist experience At Hormel Foods, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. The base hiring pay range for this role is between **$16.00 - $22.50 per hour** , and your actual base pay within that range will depend upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skill set, level of experience, and geographic market location.
