Job Description

As Receptionist you are an ambassador for the H&M Group and Customer Service. You support the centre by providing a positive and enthusiastic welcome to everyone as well as ensuring an inspiring and efficiently run reception area. You act in line with our values and our leadership expectations, being a role model to contribute to H&M’s business success.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:   

Welcome all colleagues and visitors positively and enthusiastically. 

Be knowledgeable about and ensure compliance with privacy and other relevant policies. 

Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs. Maintaining an inviting, clean and tidy reception area. 

Manage meeting rooms as required, and ensuring supplies are available. 

Arrange company trips. 

Ensure that all items are invoiced and paid on time 

Manage post and deliveries ensuring the correct person receive it. 

Support the office manager in ensuring a safe and inspiring environment. 

Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly and positively in all contacts (by telephone, writing and in person) 

Report/Coordinate maintenance issues to the relevant person and, where appropriate, liaise with building maintenance personnel. 

Plan in-house or off-site activities, like parties, celebrations and conferences. 

We're looking for someone who is physically capable and comfortable with tasks that may require lifting or moving various items throughout the day. Lifting and handling boxes, equipment, materials, and other items as needed.

Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.

Familiarity with Accounting, Invoicing, etc.

Fast and eager learner 

Attention to detail 

Adaptability 

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. 

Spanish native & Advanced in English, spoken and written. Other languages will be considered. 

Additional Information

This is a permanent contract full-time position (40 hours/week), 100% Office working and based in our Barcelona centre.

Rotative shifts (Monday to Friday) from 7:15 to 21:15. Exceptionally you can be requested to work weekends. 

No relocation package is available and requirement to have the legal right to work in the location will be applied.
