About Us:
Sanctuary of Holy Cross is a compassionate and faith-based long-term care facility dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to our residents. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team and support the daily operations of our facility.
Job Summary:
The Receptionist will play a critical role in providing administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient operation of the facility. This position will involve a variety of tasks, including managing communication, coordinating schedules, maintaining records, and supporting both staff and residents with administrative needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate departments or personnel with warmth and professionalism.Answer and manage incoming phone calls, emails, and mail correspondence.Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and maintaining calendars for leadership staff.Maintain accurate and organized filing systems, including resident records and administrative documents.Prepare letters, reports, and other documents as needed.Support human resources functions, including onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records.Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.Assist with billing, data entry, and basic bookkeeping tasks.Collaborate with various departments to ensure administrative needs are met.Uphold the mission and values of the Sanctuary of Holy Cross in all interactions.Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree preferred.Minimum of 2 years of administrative or clerical experience, preferably in a healthcare or long-term care setting.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Compassionate demeanor and commitment to serving the needs of residents and staff.Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare systems is a plus.What Perks and Benefits Can You Look Forward to?
