THE JOB:

As a Pool Receptionist at our resort, you will be the first point of contact for guests entering the pool area, providing a warm and welcoming experience. You will also assist with guest needs, direct them to the appropriate areas, and ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience. With a focus on exceptional service and attention to detail, you'll play a key role in maintaining the high standards of our resort.

THE STARTING RATE: $14.00 hourly

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner

Answer multi-line phone systems and direct calls to the appropriate staff/department

Respond to all general e-mail correspondence from guests and staff

Schedule conference calls and meetings for office staff

Inform management of all guest issues, needed supplies or equipment-related issues

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Work varied shifts, including weekends and holiday

Experience working in a similar resort setting

Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and verbal forms

Excellent organizational skills to function effectively under time constraints and within established deadlines, with  particular attention to detail

Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contacts
