Department Details

Opportunity to be part of operational updates, workflow, policy, and social committees. Self-entry for schedule trades and requests for leave is computerized. Employee dress code is casual and appropriate business apparel, cleanliness and personal appearance.

Shifts: every other weekend. 12 hours on Saturday, 8 hours on Sunday. Varied 4 hour shifts on both day and evening shift . Flex position that can be adjusted as need for optimal staffing. Work 3 designated holidays per year.

Greet persons entering facility, determine nature and purpose of visit, and check-in, direct or escort them to specific destinations.

Job Description

Answer inquiries and provide information to the general public, patients/residents, visitors, and/or employees regarding activities conducted at the facility, location of departments, offices, and employees within the organization. May schedule appointments and maintain and update appointment calendars. May have access or schedule staff vacation within the department. May collect, sort, distribute, or prepare mail, messages, or courier deliveries.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

At least one year of applicable experience preferred.

May require Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for certain locations and/or settings upon hire or obtained within 60 days of hire.
