DescriptionTo provide a well-informed, courteous and friendly Customer Care Service at the first point of contact for tenant, visitors and colleagues to support an environment where quality, respect, caring and compassion are at the centre of all we do.

Key Responsibilities\nUndertake reception duties to greet and welcome visitors, customers, and tenants, providing advice, assistance, and direction as necessary. \nDeal with general telephone and face-to-face enquiries efficiently and professionally, signposting enquirers to appropriate contacts or providing advice and information as appropriate to ensure that they receive a positive experience and outcome. \nMonitor and respond to enquiries received through the Line group mailbox ensuring that enquiries are answered promptly or are re-directed to the appropriate team for action or response. \nProvide information & function at reception points to deal with all facilities and service related issues, requests, and queries. \nLog building faults and maintenance requests into the property asset management system and ensure relevant management teams are informed of actions required. \nSupport team in relation to day-to-day operations\nAssist with enquiries in relation to the meeting room booking and support service delivery to conference and meeting rooms where required\nUndertake general office administration duties and provide back-office support to the service management teams. \nProvide first aid treatment and assist as necessary in the event of an emergency incident, following procedures and contacting the relevant emergency services, and escalating the issue to management. \nUndertake fire warden duties in the event of a building fire evacuation or evacuation drill. \nSupport testing of fire management systems and equipment to maintain compliance. \n
