Receptionist/Office Administrator

Your Opportunity

Your role will be to provide intermediate administrative support to our team.

Your Key Responsibilities
Meet and greet office visitors, answers incoming calls.
Order and maintaining office supplies.
Edits and formats correspondence, presentations, proposals and reports.
Manages calendars, schedules meetings, books meeting rooms, handles any special requests (including food orders, etc).
Coordinates travel itineraries and arrangements.
Processes expense reports, invoices and orders.
Performs clerical tasks including data entry, filing, photocopying, scanning etc.
Responsible for office upkeep (cleanup after meetings, etc).
Records management.
Performs other administrative duties as required.
Health and safety coordination responsibilities.
Full Time position in the office 8-5, responsible for opening the office. Your Capabilities and Credentials
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Versatility, flexibility and willingness to work within frequently changing priorities.
Must be willing and able to take initiative when needed.
Flexibility to learn new skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
Word Processing/Formatting. Education and Experience

High School Diploma with minimum of 2-3 years’ experience; or Post secondary degree in related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Position will work in an office setting.

Additional Information Salary Range(s): Pay transparency laws require employers to provide the following information for positions that may be in the following jurisdiction(s): Location Description: Min/Max Pay Range for postings located in CA (SF Area includes SF, SJS & WLC) Min Pay Range: CA Other Areas $24.62 Per Hour Max Pay Range: CA Other Areas $33.22 Per Hour Note: The final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. At Stantec certain roles are bonus eligible.
