Our client, a property management company located in Boston, is seeking a Receptionist/Office Coordinator to join their team on a temporary to hire basis. This is a full-time role with hours from 8:30am to 4:30pm, and it is compensating $25-$26 an hour, depending on experience. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of administrative experience and have an interest in the real estate industry. Responsibilities:
Answer phones, directing calls as needed, recording concerns, and following up with managers as necessaryGreet and assist guestsSort incoming mail and post outgoing mail appropriatelyCorrectly tracking sensitive mail and following up as necessaryTrack, maintain, and organize office supplies through multiple vendorsMaintain company subject files for important documentsReview new employee files ensuring all necessary paperwork is included and properly filled outOnboard new employees in health insurance and life insurance benefits as necessaryManaging current employee benefits and updating elections as necessaryReporting insurance claims and acting as point of contact for insurance agenciesManage commercial tenant information such as proof of insuranceAssist President and Vice President in daily affairs including but not limited to:Writing letters for personal and business matters.Communicating between executives and outside contacts on personal and business mattersPrinting personal and business documentsBooking and managing travel accommodations such as flights, hotels and airport pick-upsKeeping up to date with permits and registrationsAssisting with purchases and returns A1405699B_1738337789 To Apply for this Job Click Here
