Receptionist - ON CALL

**Receptionist**
**Looking to identify someone who can be 'on call' to assist with coverage on as as needed basis. Currently the first planned time off that coverage would be needed is November 25th-November 29th (off Thursday that week for Thanksgiving) and Training Nov 18 - 22. You will receve at least 1 week notice before being called in.**
Responsible for answering and directing calls as well and greet people that come into the office.
Assists with clerical tasks.
Responsible to answer calls, screen and forward to appropriate party.
Must understand the business and customers to be the most effective with directing calls.
Responsible to answer questions when they have access to the information requested and have the time to do so.
Provide administrative support to business operations such as data entry, calendaring, internal events and other tasks that can be accomplished while at workstation.
Responsible for clerical reception duties such as emailing, photocopying and filing etc.
**Basic Qualifications (BQs)**
Knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook
2 years of related experience
Bilingual (preferred)
Customer Service communication skills;
Experience background in sales and customer service;
Analytical and database management skills.
**Pay Details:** $20.00 to $23.00 per hour
