Wesley Chapel Honda, part of the Lithia & Driveway family of dealerships, has an immediate opening for a part time receptionist. We are looking for an individual to "fill-in" coverage gaps. In addition to being friendly and professional, we need someone with a flexible schedule to work different days/evenings each week.
Schedule: (The schedule will vary each week but will be planned one month in advance.)
Weekdays: 1-2 days from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
Evenings: 1 - 2 evenings from 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Weekends: As needed
Receptionist/Greeter Responsibilities:
Welcome client’s when they arriveDetermine the nature of the client’s visit & escort the client to the appropriate department/areaProvide information to personnel regarding client needs and expectations ensuring the team is prepared to provide the highest level of serviceTake thorough messages and communicate messages to the appropriate parties in a timely mannerProvide administrative support to the staff when necessaryMaintain and stock client refreshments and waiting areasSpecial projects as assignedQualifications:
