**Job Title:** Receptionist - Part Time **Hourly Rate:** $16.50/hr **Shift:** 7:00 AM - 12:30 PM **Responsibilities:** The Receptionist provides essential office services support in reception and switchboard operations. The ideal candidate will possess a current working knowledge of Outlook and have above-average customer service skills. Exceptional listening and communication skills are essential, along with a professional and outgoing personality. **What You'll Do:** + Serve as the primary contact for reception and switchboard duties. + Sort incoming and outgoing mail efficiently. + Prepare copies according to customer specifications. + Prepare documents for imaging processes. + Assist in packing and preparing employee shipments. + Ensure all domestic and international shipments are processed accurately, maintaining logbooks as required. + Receive shipments from various couriers and process them by sorting and delivering. + Perform scheduled and unscheduled truck runs as needed. + Greet visitors and maintain the security of the lobby area. + Operate the PBX Definity Communications Console effectively. + Maintain the relief schedule as assigned. 9721427 As part of our promise to talent, Kelly supports those who work with us through a variety of benefits, perks, and work-related resources.
