Receptionist PRN

**Job Description:**
Greets customers, answers telephone calls, takes messages, and forwards calls. Distributes and explains paperwork or forms to customers. Provides clerical support to the office or department.
Scope
As a Receptionist you need to know how to
Checking in and checking out guests, giving detailed explanation of packet information to guests and showing guests facility.
Filling out required forms.Schedule patient appointments for visits, procedures, diagnostic tests, referrals and/or consultations.
Answering telephone, including handling guests messages from callers.
Cleaning kitchen, making coffee for guests- Keeping facility clean and orderly, includes cleaning guest rooms and all common areas- Doing laundry after guest check-out.
Listening to guests about their conditions and feelings (if guest is patient), or those of loved ones in the hospital.
Other duties such as checking computer for Daily Report information and e-mail, ordering supplies and services.
Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma equivalent, required
Minimum of one (1) month of experience, required
**Physical Requirements:**
Interact with others by effectively communicating, both orally and in writing.- and -Operate computers and other office equipment requiring the ability to move fingers and hands.- and -See and read computer monitors and documents.- and -Remain sitting or standing for long periods of time to perform work on a computer, telephone, or other equipment.- and -May require lifting and transporting objects and office supplies, bending, kneeling and reaching.

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.
$16.83 - $21.88
