Temporary Front Office Receptionist/Administrative AssistantDuration: 2 monthsWe are seeking candidates who are professional, dependable, with strong work ethics and looking for an opportunity to work for an established Company. Maintaining positive relationships with internal and external clients and excellent communication and interpersonal skills is essential for success in this position.
Responsibilities:
+ Answers, screen and transfer calls
+ Greet clients upon arrival and connect them with the appropriate party
+ Provides general information to public, clients or department as needed
+ Assist with ordering office supplies and daily catering for several departments
+ Maintain company roster, order business cards, name plates and oversee discount tickets
+ Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbook in/ out for guest, issue guest badges for visitors and clients
+ Receives and handles in/ out going mail
+ Maintain the cleanliness of the reception, and maintain supplies as needed
+ Order sympathy/get well flowers/plants for employees
+ Send badge extension requests to HR/facilities as needed
+ Other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications & Skills:
+ High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
+ Prior office experience (required) minimum 2 years in similar capacity
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
+ Oracle proficiency is desirable
+ Excellent communication (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
+ Ability to prioritize workload and self-manage projects, handle multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines
+ Must be detail-oriented
+ Able to deal with multiple personalities on a daily basis
Pay range: $20/hour to $25/hour
