What Matters Most:Competitive Pay of $16.50 per hour plus additional compensation.Schedule: Monday – Friday 5:00am – 1:30pm.Location: North Ridgeville, Ohio.Temporary-to-hire opportunity with career growth and stability.Weekly Pay with direct deposit or pay card.When you work through The Reserves Network, you are eligible to enroll in dental, vision and medical insurance as well as 401K, direct deposit and our referral bonus program. The assembly position at Riddell is responsible for assembling and constructing helmets that are done with reconditioning for the customers. Checks immediate assembly area for adequate supplies of sub-assemblies, parts, and fasteners for the assembly. Requests supplies through appropriate channels.  Responsibilities:Follows work instructions/specifications to determine required assembly, exterior finish on a product and any special options. Work with small hand tools.Examines assembly and connections for correct fit, fastening parts and sub-assemblies following work instructions/specifications.  Qualifications and Requirements:Manual dexterity for operating equipment and toolsFlexibility with schedule, ability to work mandatory overtime.Ability to think critically and solve problems.  Benefits and Perks:$16.50 an hourMedical BenefitsReferral BonusesTraining & Growth Your New Organization:
