The Investment Control Reconciler reconciles assigned accounts on a daily basis and ensures that variances are identified, researched, and resolved in a timely manner.

What you will do

Review assigned accounts to identify outstanding issues/variances and research to identify root issuesOpen correction requests/tickets to appropriate areasFollow up on outstanding items to ensure they are resolved in a timely mannerProcess activity/transactions as instructedComplete reporting as necessary

What you will bring

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, related field, or equivalent work experienceDetail orientedStrong analytical/problem solving skillsStrong organization, written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work within prescribed deadlines and in a team environmentMS Excel - intermediate levelFINRA fingerprinting upon hire

Base Salary Range

$44,800.00 - $61,600.00

The salary range above shows the typical minimum to maximum base salary range for this position in the location listed. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation offered may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
