Reconciliation Domain Expert / Business Analyst - Senior Manager

Role Summary & Role Description:

The candidate must have 10+ years of experience in reconciliation domain. This role is for a reconciliation specialist with strong experience in Reconciliation Domain Experience in Back and Middle Office, Derivatives and  Bank loans. Also Business Analysis expertise across capital markets.

Core/Must have skills:

Knowledge on asset servicing domain such as Reconciliations, Settlements, NAV Calculations, Transition of New Process, MIS & Reporting, Research and Resolution of Variances and Market Value ReconExperience in Any reconciliation Product SuiteAbility to work both independently as well as within a teamFinancial Services experience as a business analystWorking with business and client teams to document the requirement  , walkthrough with tech team , SQA .  Work with Ops project team to coordinate the training, Business testingWork with Tech / SQA /Project Manager to execute the projectProven problem solving, communication, interpersonal and analytical skills

Good to have skills:

Experience with VISIO or any equivalent tool for process mappingKnowledge of testing and quality assurance methodologiesDeveloping recon data preprocessing solutions utilizing DataStage
