Reconciliation Specialist - Gresham Investment Management

In this role, the Reconciliation Specialist will be responsible for all reconciliations for a group of funds and separately managed accounts.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

Prepare cash, position, and market value reconciliations between the firm’s records and counterparty records for the firm’s funds and separately managed accounts.

Research sources of reconciliation breaks and liaise with Fund Accounting and Operations team members and counterparty contacts to resolve breaks in a timely manner.

Monitor cash and margin balances and wire funds as needed.

Work on ad-hoc projects as needed.

Base Pay Range: $27.30/hr. - $32.30/hr.

Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.  In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
