Description We are seeking a Reconciliations Specialist to join our team in the services industry. The role is based in Palo Alto, California, and offers a short term contract employment opportunity. In this role, you will play a key part in managing accounts payable and receivable, account reconciliation, and bank reconciliations. Responsibilities: • Efficiently manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) • Perform precise account reconciliation tasks • Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy • Manage expense reports and timesheet coding • Execute macros in Excel to export data and manage accounts • Communicate effectively with team members across various locations • Ensure accurate coding to chart of accounts and provide necessary backup • Utilize Deltek software for enhanced accounting tasks • Participate in the month-end close process • Uphold the company's bookkeeping procedures and records.
