Our client, a leader in the records management industry, is seeking a Record Center Specialist 1 to join their team. As a Record Center Specialist 1, you will be part of a dynamic environment supporting essential operations. The ideal candidate will have strong physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Record Center Specialist 1

Location: Feura Bush, NY

Pay Range: $17.50/hour

What's the Job?

Process orders and efficiently move boxes of files, books, and other materials. Perform physical tasks including lifting, carrying, and arranging boxes weighing up to 100 lbs. Utilize a proprietary computer system to track orders and manage inventory. Operate hand trucks and pallet jacks safely on various surfaces. Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols.

What's Needed?

Ability to lift and carry boxes regularly, ranging from 10-100 lbs, without assistance. Strong physical stamina and the capability to kneel, squat, and bend for extended periods. Basic reading and writing skills in English to process orders and labels. Experience operating material handling equipment such as hand carts and pallet jacks. Willingness to comply with safety regulations, including wearing protective footwear.
