What will I be doing? Position Summary (bullet points)
\n· Apply accounting techniques and standard practices to classify and record financial transactions
\n· Perform traditional general accounting functions such as accounts receivable, accounts payable and general ledger
\n· Draft segments of statements and reports and begin to handle assignments involving data analysis
\n· Review and create standard accounting report packages
\n· Contribute input to new setup and changes in existing financial applications to optimize effectiveness
\n· Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff
\n· Other duties as assigned
