What you will be doing

Perform a variety of clerical and administrative duties related to the maintenance, control and tracking of corporate documents.  Responsible for the receipt, inventory and retrieval of records as required.

The position will be based in Boise, Idaho, or Phoenix, AZ.

Main responsibilities

Work with Shredding Vendors on scheduling shred pickups at Stores, Plants, DCs and offices. Conducts audits on shredding invoices to verify services were rendered by shredding vendors. Collaborates with Division and Corporate personnel and the Company’s shredding vendors on any shredding projects Participates in records identification and classification projects. Work with Store, Plants, DCs and Office personnel to verify that records being shredded are not needed to be retained due to any litigation or tax holds. Proficient at analyzing the Company’s record retention schedules for accuracy and maintains the schedules as appropriate. Proficient at identifying and classifying the Company’s records and information. Process the monthly record storage vendor invoice. Assist Department Manager and Records Analyst III with intake of new records into Records Management application. Available to travel to work on closings of offices, plants and DCs. Assist in executing the Company’s Records and Information Management destruction program. Assist Department Manager on changes for the Records Management SharePoint site.

Working knowledge of MS-Office applications. Good interpersonal skills – ability to effectively collaborate with other employees. Effective communicator – both written and oral. Self-motivated and client-service oriented. Good knowledge of MS-Office applications. Ability to prioritize and handle a variety of tasks. Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
