Records and Document Processor

Adecco is assisting their client with their search for a Record and Document Processor
**Type:** 40hrs/wk. Contract
**Start Date: 1-2 weeks.**
**Location:** LAKE MARY FL 32746
**Pay: $** **21.65**
**Duration: Temp -to- Hire**
**Shift: Mon- Friday 8-5pm**
**Description:**
• Proofread all documents submitted for recording for accuracy, completeness, compliance with technical and legal requirements; accept or reject documents accordingly
• Respond to inquiries about pending recordings
• Submit documents for e-recording, review rejections and prepare resubmissions, prepare recording confirmation
• Follow guidelines contained in technical memos, title policies, recording practices and other information affecting title commitments
• Perform other duties as required or requested by supervisor
• May deliver documents to court houses
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and title/escrow related software
• Proficient PC skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Entry level position
• Relevant title insurance experience helpful

**Pay Details:** $21.65 per hour
