Job Summary The Records Clerk will be responsible for maintaining and managing aircraft records, ensuring compliance with FAA regulations, and supporting the aviation team with documentation needs. This role is ideal for candidates with an aviation background, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities + Maintain and update aircraft records, including airframe and engine logbooks. + Ensure compliance with FAA Part 135 regulations and other industry standards. + Manage aircraft flight manuals, checklists, equipment lists, and technical publications. + Conduct research and assist with special projects related to records management. + Organize and store documents systematically for easy access and retrieval. + Collaborate with maintenance personnel and management to track and document aircraft maintenance. + Adjust work schedule as needed, including occasional weekend hours. Qualifications & Skills + Preferred: Aviation background or A&P certification (not required but a plus). + Strong research and analytical skills. + Excellent organization and attention to detail. + Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently. + Proficiency in computer applications and records management systems.
