The Records Clerk will be responsible for maintaining and managing aircraft records, ensuring compliance with FAA regulations, and supporting the aviation team with documentation needs. This role is ideal for candidates with an aviation background, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.\nKey Responsibilities\n\nMaintain and update aircraft records, including airframe and engine logbooks.\nEnsure compliance with FAA Part 135 regulations and other industry standards.\nManage aircraft flight manuals, checklists, equipment lists, and technical publications.\nConduct research and assist with special projects related to records management.\nOrganize and store documents systematically for easy access and retrieval.\nCollaborate with maintenance personnel and management to track and document aircraft maintenance.\nAdjust work schedule as needed, including occasional weekend hours.\n\nQualifications & Skills\n\nPreferred: Aviation background or A&P certification (not required but a plus).\nStrong research and analytical skills.\nExcellent organization and attention to detail.\nAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.\nProficiency in computer applications and records management systems.\n\nWhat We Offer\n\nCompetitive salary based on experience.\nProfessional development and on-the-job training.\nA supportive and dynamic work environment.\n
