Duties and Responsibilites:
Must model the Company Core Values and the operating principles at all times. Must create and sustain positive working relationships with co-workers. Understands, supports and practices the Core Values in all aspects of job performance and interactions with staff and trainees. Supports the Career Development Services System as it relates to individual position, department and overall Center goals. Prepares folders for new arrivals in accordance with current center procedures. Maintains accurate files for all trainees by scanning documentation into the E-folder and filing required documentation into files. Returns “no show” and withdrawn folders to Employability Assurance.Enters routine information in the computer daily as it relates to trainee activities.Assists with maintaining accurate student accountability.Collects, enters and files clothing receipts.Reviews for accuracy and processes transportation requests for trainees and new recruits. Distributes tickets and completes meal money requests as needed.Answers routine questions regarding trainees’ leave time, transportation, etc.Perform audits as assigned by the Records and Data Integrity Manager. RequirementsQualifications:
Minimum: High school graduate or equivalent. Two years related experience to include exposure to record keeping, data entry, etc.
Preferred: Advanced business college coursework.
Knowledge: Ability to proficiently operate a personal computer. Working knowledge of word processing and math spreadsheet software applications. Good organization skills. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Aptitude for mathematical computation. Thorough knowledge of office procedures; ability to perform without immediate and constant supervision. Ability to proofread and correct grammatical, punctuation and spelling errors. Must obtain and maintain CPR/First Aid Certification.
