Recovery and Resolution Planning Program Manager - SVP
The Recovery and Resolution Planning (RRP) Program Manager is a mid-level professional role that reports into the Head of RRP Governance and Reporting. A successful candidate will have Program/ Project Management background with experience in leading and implementing large scale Recovery and resolution planning projects and execution of business as usual activities. The individual will be able lead and deliver a portfolio of projects by leveraging project management, relationship building and communication skills. The Program Manager should apply knowledge of Finance, risk and issue management skills to ensure the timely delivery of target state strategic commitments. **Responsibilities:** Responsibilities can include but are not limited to: portfolio management, creating project plans, project plan tracking, status reporting, regulatory updates, creating project governance forums, prioritizing workflow, organizing and developing project managers, Issue and corrective action plan and resource management. In addition the managing and coordinating of Recovery and resolution plan regulatory submissions + Develops and manages Recovery and resolution governance forums including agenda setting, producing materials, status reporting and facilitating discussions to highlight risks, issues and dependencies across RRP Programs and BAU processes. + Leads cross functional working groups to drive the strategic objectives and ensure timely delivery of RRP commitments + Builds relationships with cross functional stakeholders to across including FP&A, Markets Participates in formulating and setting strategic direction for the process, organization and architecture covering Finance across Citi businesses, products, functions and locations + Completes quality assurance review across the program and project lifecycle to ensure alignment with Balance Sheet management commitments + Accountable for managing firm risks across the RRP Execution portfolio + Highlights program progress to management across key RRP KPIs metrics and success criteria + Develops and automates Recovery and resolution planning reporting by leveraging Power BI, KPIs. + Develops and manages Recovery and resolution policies and procedures + Supports regulatory engagements including audits, exams and remediation efforts + Manages RRP plan submissions and manages regulatory communications + Develop management reporting and ensure consistent RRP reporting internal and external channels **Qualifications:** + 10+ years of relevant experience, within the financial services industry highly preferred + Requires a comprehensive understanding of multiple areas within a function and how they interact in order to achieve the objectives of the function. + Requires communication and diplomacy skills in order to guide and influence others. + Requires Project Management, Transformation, Change Management, vendor management, Issue management, stakeholder management skills + Requires a comprehensive understanding of multiple areas within Finance and how they interact in order to achieve the objectives of the function + Experience and demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a complex and dynamic environment + Self-motivated with the ability to make decisions in the absence of detailed instructions. + Advanced Microsoft Office skills + Compliance Management: Knowledge and experience in ensuring compliance with regulatoryrequirements as well as experience representing large financial institutions (preferably G-SIBs)with regulatory bodies (e.g., OCC, FDIC, FRB, PRA, EBA, etc.) + In depth knowledge of banking products / systems highly preferred **Education:** + Bachelors degree, potentially Masters degree or PMP ------------------------------------------------------ **Job Family Group:** Finance ------------------------------------------------------ **Job Family:** Fin Solutions Dsgn & Implement ------------------------------------------------------ **Time Type:** Full time ------------------------------------------------------ **Primary Location:** New York New York United States ------------------------------------------------------ **Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:** $176,720.00 - $265,080.00 In addition to salary, Citi’s offerings may also include, for eligible employees, discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.
