Recovery and Resolution Planning Project Manager - C13 - NEW YORK
The Recovery and Resolution Planning Project manager(RRP) VP is role that reports into the Head of RRP Governance and Reporting. A successful candidate will have a business analyst background with experience in supporting Recovery and resolution planning initiatives, assessing controls, identifying risks. The individual will be able lead and deliver a portfolio of projects by leveraging project management, relationship building and communication skills. The ideal candidate should apply Finance, risk and issue management skills to ensure the timely delivery of target state strategic commitments and execution of BAU activities **Responsibilities:** + Responsibilities can include but are not limited to: creating project plans, project plan tracking, status reporting, regulatory updates, facilitating project governance forums, organizing project artifacts, dependency management, RAID management + Performing and documenting data analysis, data validation, and data mapping/design. + Streamlining process, developing advanced reporting leveraging tools including Tableau and power BI + Managing project plans, Risk and issue logs, and organization of project artifacts + Support the timely completion Audit and exams + Develop reporting for governance forums, capture meeting minutes, and follow up on actions + Creating of scope documents, testing plans, and other key project artifacts + Support expense management including Technology budget and reporting + Facilitate governance + Managing the updates of Recovery and resolution planning policies, and procedures + Developing, maintaining, and managing advanced reporting, analytics, dashboards and other BI solutions. + Develop controls and lead process re-engineering initiatives **Qualifications:** + 6-10+ years of relevant experience, within the financial services industry preferred + Knowledge of Liquidity and capital + Recognized technical authority for an area within the business. + Requires communication and diplomacy skills in order to guide and influence others. + Compliance Management: Knowledge and experience in ensuring compliance with regulatoryrequirements as well as experience representing large financial institutions (preferably G-SIBs)with regulatory bodies (e.g., OCC, FDIC, FRB, PRA, EBA, etc.) + Experience and demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a complex and dynamic environment + Self-motivated with the ability to make decisions in the absence of detailed instructions. + Advanced Microsoft Office skills + JIRA, Tableau, PowerBI + In depth knowledge of banking products / systems preferred. + PMP preferred **Education:** + Bachelors degree, potentially Masters degree ------------------------------------------------------ **Job Family Group:** Finance ------------------------------------------------------ **Job Family:** Fin Solutions Dsgn & Implement ------------------------------------------------------ **Time Type:** Full time ------------------------------------------------------ **Primary Location:** New York New York United States ------------------------------------------------------ **Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:** $142,320.00 - $213,480.00 In addition to salary, Citi’s offerings may also include, for eligible employees, discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.
