Job Summary:
We're in search of a recovery coach intake coordinator to work on a full time basis within our Behavioral Health & Recovery Services Division. The Recovery Coach intake coordinator is accountable to the Director of Recovery Coaching, who is responsible for providing supervision and training. The Recovery Coach intake coordinator is one who actively promotes the philosophy of the Gándara Center and maintains a high level of commitment to the program.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide courteous and timely customer service Inputs all enrollment and disenrollment BSAS forms into Virtual Gateway within a timely manner Ensures Virtual Gateway has correct Insurance information entered Assists in getting authorization for services, inputs in electronic health record and monitors for need of re-authorizations Checks insurance eligibility utilizing eligibility reports and/or MassHealth system Alerts providers when an insurance change has occurred Ensure documentation is entered into any and all database and relevant systems Communicate in a timely manner with Senior Director of RC when additional resources or support is needed Adhere to program and agency policies and procedures Ensure that required documentation is completed professionally and accurately and filed in the electronic health record in a timely manner Maintain job related record keeping accurately and submit reports in a timely mannerMinimum Qualifications:
