Recovery & Resolution Planning, Analyst
The Commercial & Investment Bank Recovery & Resolution Team is responsible for the governance, oversight and effective implementation of critical Commercial & Investment Bank-related Recovery and Resolution Plan deliverables, which form part of the firm's global Resolution & Recovery submissions to the U.S. regulators. In addition, the Commercial & Investment Bank Recovery & Resolution team coordinates across Commercial & Investment Bank stakeholders to prepare ad hoc responses to regulatory requests. Commercial & Investment Bank Recovery & Resolution partners extensively with Commercial & Investment Bank sub-lines of business and other functional areas to oversee, control, and deliver on the Resolution & Recovery program of work. As an Analyst within the Commercial & Investment Bank Recovery & Resolution team, you will have the opportunity to work with other highly motivated team members in leading and supporting the engagement of subject matter experts in the line of business and support functions that are involved in the production of Commercial & Investment Bank Recovery & Resolution deliverables. You will focus initially on supporting Recovery Plan deliverables, including the annual review of Commercial & Investment Bank Recovery Actions (qualitative / quantitative assessments; testing of actions; tabletop exercises). You will collaborate across a diverse set of stakeholders in a dynamic environment with high visibility across the Commercial & Investment Bank organization and exposure to the Chief Financial Officer of the business and other senior business leads. **Job responsibilities** + Coordinate among subject matter experts in the line of business and support functions that are involved in the production of the Commercial & Investment Bank deliverables, including annual review of Commercial & Investment Bank Recovery actions (qualitative / quantitative assessments; testing of actions; tabletop exercises) + Develop a solid understanding of relevant regulations as well as Commercial & Investment Bank Recovery & Resolutions processes and work products in order to provide guidance to subject matter experts to complete assigned deliverables + Track and report status of deliverables to support timely completion and escalation of issues + Collaborate with team members where agendas and objectives intersect + Develop materials for presentations to the Commercial & Investment Bank Recovery & Resolution Lead and senior management governance forums as well as taking minutes for meetings as assigned + Update Commercial & Investment Bank Recovery & Resolution policy and procedure documents **Required qualifications, capabilities and skills** + Bachelor's degree in Business / Finance + 1+ years of project management experience + Experience communicating across cross-functional groups; strong written & oral communication skills + Strong attention to detail and interpersonal skills with the ability to foster a sense of teamwork + Self-starter: Strong degree of self-reliance, initiative and ability to work autonomously + Drive and adhere to deadlines, with the ability to deliver in a timely matter. + Ability to grasp general product and business knowledge, coupled with an understanding of the business organization + Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel / PowerPoint / Word ), Teams and SharePoint JPMorganChase, one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world's most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
