Recovery Specialist 

$16-$21.50/hr 

Weekends 

 

 

Do you have your Med-Aid, active license, and want to be apart of changing people's lives for the better? As a Recovery Specialist, you will be actively working with people on their road to recovery. You will be documenting and assuring compliance of the house and program rules/procedures. Responsibilities: 

Complete intakes with new client admissions Complete proper documentation and orientation of new client Completing discharge duties such as inventory, instructions, and compiling any information needed Conducting regular checks on clients Drug screening if needed  Suggesting new ways to handle situations in an escalated event Observe and document self-administration of medication  Transport and schedule clients to appointments and meetings Supervise community meetings

Requirements: 

Completed 40 hour Med-Aid Class Valid driver's license with a clean driving record At least 21 years of age Willing to obtain an annual flu shot Bachelor's Degree in psychology/sociology or 1 year of coursework in the human services field
