Departmental Hiring Hourly Range: $16.25 - $18.00 Essential Functions Essential functions include but are not limited to: + Teaches various levels of dance classes such as ballet, modern, jazz, ballroom, etc + Develop and organize classes in at least two different styles. + Assists with developing and implementing fee-based, dance classes such as ballet, modern, jazz, ballroom, and other dance styles. + Provide classroom management by scheduling, monitoring students, compiling curriculums, redirecting when needed and providing feedback to students. + Market recreation programs by distributing flyers and announcements to the participants. + Can safely operate music equipment. + Must have good customer skills. Education/Experience High School or GED Dance education or closely related field of study. Must have at least 1-year instructional experience.
