Summary About the position: This position will be assigned to the Fourth Cliff Recreational Area. This position will be filled as a flexible position. Flexible employment is based on the needs of the activity and schedule may vary between 0 and 40 hours per week. Schedule may also include occasional evening and weekend hours based on squadron/program requirements. Applications will be reviewed bi-weekly until close of this announcement. Responsibilities Performs and or/assists other recreation assistants or specialists in the operation and maintenance of outdoor recreational facilities and equipment to assure safe condition and cleanliness. Performs minor repairs and adjustments. Issues and collects recreational rental equipment. Collects, safeguards and deposits fees received from customers. Assists in conducting inventories, maintains records. As necessary demonstrates basic techniques used and ensures that safety rules are adhered to. FOREIGN EDUCATION: Education completed in foreign colleges or universities may be used to meet the requirements. You must show proof the education credentials have been deemed to be at least equivalent to that gained in conventional U.S. education program. It is your responsibility to provide such evidence when applying. Additional Information Individual must fully meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
