Summary This position is located at the Fitness Center, Naval Air Station, and Jacksonville, Florida. This activity is maintained and operated as a service for all active duty and retired military and their dependents and eligible DOD civilians on board NAS Jacksonville. Responsibilities MAJOR DUTIES Greets customers and checks ID's to ensure only authorized patrons utilize the facility. Ensures customers are aware of all regulations and rules are followed while utilizing the facility. Sells products from pro shop area and ensures that funds are properly entered into point of sale system. Prepares Daily Activity Report and deposits money at Navy Exchange for accounting. Performs general housekeeping duties such as ensuring entry area is neat and clean at all times. May assist in cleaning restrooms, policing grounds, sweeping, mopping and emptying trash receptacles in facility. Performs other related duties as assigned.
