Associa is currently looking for a Recreation Attendant to join our team in San Diego, CA. TheRecreation Attendant monitors resident and guest use of club facilities foradherence to the Rules & Regulations regarding facility use. In addition, will assist infunctions/duties relating to operation and maintenance of facilities, and maintain verification ofresidents’ membership to the club facilities, and surrounding facilities at the community.

The Recreational attendant helps the company grow by:

\n\nBeing responsible for regular contact with residents and guests using clubhouse facilities.\nWorking very closely with the Lifestyle Director.\nBeing responsible for the cleanliness of the club facility’s interior/exterior and its furniture andequipment .\n\n

Compensation:

$14-$17 per hour

\n Requirements\nProfessional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.).\nProfessional customer service skills.\nInterpretation and completion of verbal and/or written instructions at a proficient level.\nSelf-motivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team player.\nTime management and time critical prioritization skills.\nBilingual preferred (English/Spanish fluent)\n
