Location: Benders Landing Estates, Spring, TX

Job Description:

\n

\n\nRequests proof of membership to Club facilities by requesting to see Association issued photo ID cards or a valid guest pass.\n
Remove any trash/ debris on grounds or in planters.\n
Sweep walkways daily; hose down walkways twice per week in accordance with daily/ weekly duties schedule.\n
Report any burned out lighting or electrical problems.\n
Conduct routine, daily, walk-throughs inspecting all Club areas and correcting/reporting deficiencies or problems as needed.\n
Other duties as assigned.\n\n Requirements

Knowledge and Skills:

\n\nProfessional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.)\nProfessional customer service skills\nInterpretation and completion of verbal and/or written instructions at a proficient level\nSelf-motivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team player\nTime management and time critical prioritization skills\nHigh School Diploma/GED\n\n
