\n \n Job Description

The Recreation Attendant monitors resident and guest use of club facilities foradherence to the Rules & Regulations regarding facility use. In addition, will assist infunctions/duties relating to operation and maintenance of facilities, and maintain verification of residents’ membership to the club facilities, and surrounding facilities at the community.

This is a part time position, 15-20 hours a week, flexible schedule.

\n

\n

Shifts:
Monday-Friday: 5pm-9pm
Saturday: 7am-2pm and2pm-9pm
Sunday: 8am-1pm and1pm-6pm
Flexibility is required.

\n

\n

Duties include but are not limited to:

\n

\n\nMeet and greet homeowners, residents and guests.\nResearch and respond to inquires.\nAssist homeowners with membership IDs, parking passes, pool passes during season, packages, etc.\nWalk and inspect the common areas to ensure cleanliness.Polish, dust, sweep, blow leaves, remove debris, hose down exterior areas, etc.\nSet-up, tear-down, and maintain furniture and equipment, to include indoor and outdoor meeting rooms, events, and activities.\nReport any safety or maintenance issues to the General Manager.\nOther duties as assigned.\n\n Requirements\nHigh School Diploma or GED Required.\nExcellent customer service and communications skills.\nOn-time, reliable, dependable, and proactive work habits.\nFlexible to work nights and weekends.\nAbility to follow directions, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently.\n\n
